Hi Barbara. Thanks for your response. I too wrestle with the potential issue of clients feeling bad and wanting to give me a holiday gift if I give one to them. That doesn’t make us Scrooges; it makes us aware of what might be slippery slopes for our specific clients, and wanting to not put them or ourselves in that position.
