I was curious as to what CRM you all are using for your own business?

My CRM Daylite from MarketCircle (Apple Only) is eliminating their “self-serve” configuration forcing customers over to their monthly subscription in 2019. I’ll be having to pay annually what I’ve been paying once every 3-4 years or so. So I figure I have a year to decide if I want to move over to that or perhaps move over to another program and would love to know what you like.

I’ve looked at Insightly which from first glance looks like a possibility there are or course many others but would love to know what you all are using especially ones that seamed to be geared to a DMM – type business.

If I could create my own — on my wish list would be a CRM that:

    • has a good built in calendar view and/or integrates well with others. I tend to be “calendar-centric” relying heavily on that view to manage my day and projects & tasks

    • allows me to send out contracts and other customized documents (merging contact data ie: name, address, into custom fields such as cost and other specifics)

    • can automate project pipelines and tasks — currently I can select a pipeline and with a click of a button automatically load multiple tasks onto my calendar.

    • mobile friendly

    • reasonably priced for 2 users (from free to $29 a month or so)

Love to know what you all are using – sort of taking an informal poll of colleagues :o)

Thank you in advance for any information or insight you may have.

You may want to look at https://www.zoho.com/workplace/. They have a CRM module but I think that would be overkill for what you want. The CRM module is more of a SalesForce replacement. The Workplace application may work for you and is only $2-$5/month.

As a new DMM, I have just started with the free version of Zoho CRM this week. So far so good, but it is early. It was rated 2018 best for small business by business insider.
