I’m new to AADMM and would like to see if anyone can share a general contract template that I could use with my clients.
Hi, I’m Dianne at DollarsDayByDay. I found a pdf of a “terms of service agreement” online, which I adjusted to fit my company. You will probably want the effective date, the name of the parties that are making a mutual agreement (your company name and the name of your client), a list of the services provided, and the method for fee calculation.
