Does anyone have recommendations for payroll service for small business. I just started working with small business that uses QB online and is using the Intuit payroll service. One of the issues is that this business runs programs throughout the year so may only have employees for 1/2 yr. Intuit charges $99/mo regardless of whether there is payroll or not in a given month. I know that paychex has a feature where you pay a minimum just to keep the account open and wondering if any other providers have that option.
Also, someone mentioned Gusto at the conference and wondered if anyone has experience with that? Thank you.

ADP also has a small charge to keep the account open and they charge a percentage of the payroll, which for my client generally comes out less than $99/ month. Do know about Gusto but would be interested to learn about it.
    Good Luck!
