I am trying to find out if Pennsylvania has a system similar to New York for Medicaid funding of home health care and some good resources for learning about the qualifications and application process. Thank you.
I would think that an eldercare attorney in Pennsylvania is your best best. I would find one at https://www.naela.org/. Or, your local Office of the Aging.
