Get involved! I can’t tell you how many times over the last few months I have either had other DMMs reach out to me looking for DMMs in different parts of my state to take on clients or potential clients call me out of the blue from other states looking to hire a DMM. The more you network with other members of AADMM and the more that they get to know you, the more business it will bring you. Go to conference, join committees, participate in your regional groups, create relationships. Let others know what an amazing person you are so they are comfortable referring business your way. I promise you it will pay you back as time goes on. Give back and you will get back! I hope to see a TON of you in St. Louis!
