ISO DMM in South Louisiana

Are there any DMMs or referrals to an agency is the Lafayette area of Louisiana? I’ve searched the online directory without luck, but hoping someone may be unlisted, or know someone in the area. I’m in New Orleans and about two hours away — to far for home visits.

I received a call from a woman who is looking for financial management and bill paying assistance for her grandmother, who lives alone.
