I am a brand new member. I have been planning this for a long time and finally took the leap. I am still working full time, but would like to start building my business up. I would appreciate anyone’s advice on how to get that first client, to break the ice so that I can feel some momentum. I appreciate your help!

take a look at “looking for clients need help” post in general. There were quite a few responses to that question.
And I think in marketing forum section there is one titled “starting out”
You may get some ideas in those posts in addition to what people add here.
