Not sure if you did this already, and if so and you are still unable to modify – then I would suggest contacting HQ through that email that was provided by Caitlin to get assistance. But here are the steps to locate and modify (at least this is how it works for my profile).
1. search for yourself in Find a DMM (if need be just put in your zip code).
2. Select your listing.
3. at the top left there is a clickable link “View My Directory Entry” – select that.
4. The next page has three clickable links. Select the “Edit My Directory Entry”
That should allow you to make edit. If that is not working then definitely contact HQ as that is a glitch.
