Any recommendations for a CRM. I am looking for something in which I can keep notes on each client, link to my calendar, email and able to upload documents. Sales Force is great but I am more interested in capturing data for the “relationship” not tracking “Sales”

Redtail technology crm software saved my life. Set up their webmail for clients and it ties them together.

I know a business coach that uses 17hats which is a nice all-in-one package. My lawyer uses Practice Panther which offers a secure communication.

I use Insightly for it’s notes, searchable and customizable features. A nice free version to get you started.

Evernote does what I need. Not so much a CRM but more an electronic record keeper.

I’ve been using LessAnnoyingCRM and am very happy.

I use PipeDrive. It’s very graphical/visual. Set up your own pipelines & stages. Enter comments, add custom fields, link to Google, or just about anything with Zapier. $9/mo I think (and full disclosure, if I refer you I think we both get a credit). InfusionSoft is the Cadillac of the genre but runs $300/mo or so.
