Does anyone use a mobile app for keeping track of client hours? Ideally with integration into quickbooks online? I can’t find any timekeeping in the qbo app. Thanks for the recommendations

These Time Tracking application work with Quickbooks Online. I have the accountants version of QBO and when I click on the Apps tab there are more then 60 Time Tracking Apps listed.
Listed here 4 are the top “Pro Advisor” picks”. A quick review and I do see some have Mobile Features.

I’ve been using Time Doctor. It’s ok but I’d also be interested in hearing what others like.March 30, 2018 at 10:09 am #12543AnonymousInactiveI’ve been using Timesheet (http://timesheet.io) on Android. Allows exporting to XLS which can then be manipulated/imported if needed. More of a stand-alone app for my purposes.
March 30, 2018 at 10:24 am #12545AnonymousInactiveI would love to know if someone has found a great one. I looked at tsheets a little but haven’t investigated it enough. The one part of my job that I hate is doing my billing each month. It takes me forever so I would be thrilled with anything that makes that an easier process.

I’m going to try Big Time. I like that it lets you add notes right in the Android app. and is real-time. Tight QBO integration.
We’ll see! $5.60/mo per user if paid annually. 60 day trial.March 30, 2018 at 4:01 pm #12552AnonymousInactiveI use My Hours- https://myhours.com/
It doesn’t integrate into QB but you can export into different formats and it is free. You can set up multiple clients and tasks

Although the costs were not expensive, I decided I wanted to spend even less just to keep track of my time. I ended up finding Minute7 under the QuickBooks recommended list. Nice basic timekeeping system. I really like it. Very simple to use with a quick seamless import and export with QuickBooks. I had it up and running in 5 minutes including importing my client list and services, inputting my time and exporting that to QuickBooks. It’s $4/month but free for Proadvisor. Very happy woth my final decision.
