At conference it was announced that there would be an increase in membership fees but that this increase would include one “free” webinar. How do we as members process that? For example a webinar mailing was announced today and what if we wanted to apply that credit towards that webinar, or a future webinar.

You are correct that a new benefit of membership is a complimentary webinar. The Professional Development Committee is determining which of the offered webinars next year will be offered as the complimentary session. Details are forthcoming, so look for an email in early 2020.
