I’m trying to find details of the 2019 conference in Savannah, GA. Do we have hotel info, registration fees, speakers or any other information posted on website yet? I couldn’t find anything. I’m trying to submit budget expenses for approval. Thanks ahead of time!

The hotel information doesn’t get released until the registration window opens. I believe that happens in August. Conference is typically around $400 unless you add an intensive session or some other add on like PDMM testing or prep or business basics. I would expect around $200/night for hotel. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are normally included from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch with the exception of Saturday night when people head out to different restaurants for dinner in groups. Add to that your flight and either cab or car rental. That should help you budget, but if you need exact numbers, I am not sure if they will be available until August when the registration opens.
Do we know more or less what time the last session on Sunday ends? I am trying to book my flight now as the prices are already quite high, and don’t know when I would be able to leave that day.

Woohoo! Conference registration just opened up and I’ve already reserved my spot. Also a wonderful room at the DeSoto [https://www.thedesotosavannah.com], a beautiful hotel in the heart of the city’s historic district. Hope to see all of you there!
I printed the 2019 conference brochure and the early bird member conf fee is $395. When I try to register online, while logged in as myself, the price is $525 and doesn’t change at checkout. Am I missing something? Are the prices on the brochure correct or on the website? Thanks!
