I was listening to a CLE from the bar association and it was put on by a company that makes a time tracker for attorneys that can be utilized through Alexa or the Alexa app on your phone and integrates with practice management software specific for attorneys. Has anyone used a time tracker that integrates with Alexa and Quickbooks and if you have, which one have you used and what are your thoughts on it?

I use Minute7 with Quickbooks Online. I googled it with Alexa and it looks like it might integrate with that also.
Small monthly fee but I find it easy to use. The only con I see is that you have to watch the rates if you bill hourly when you import them into QBO.

Why? Do the rates change on you? I have heard about Minute7 from another DMM who really liked it as well.

There isn’t a place in Minute 7 that I found to set rates by client.
In QBO, I have different rates for different client’s (My inexperience when I started then trying to adjust). Somehow in my case It pulls rates from there but not how I would think it would. I have to spend more time looking at it.

I have been using tSheets myself. It also integrates with Intuit’s IOP4A or Manage Payroll platform.
